The Company’s physical premises will be designed, maintained, and regularly inspected to ensure accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges. This includes providing ramps, elevators, accessible restrooms, and designated parking spaces.

10. Return-to-Work Programs

If an employee acquires a disability during their employment, the Company will explore and provide appropriate return-to-work programs to facilitate their successful reintegration into the workforce.
